What is included in the price of boarding?
All dogs are offered the opportunity to go outside four times per day. Cats are offered the opportunity to roam the cat room twice a day.

Is that much exercise really included?
We believe that this schedule works best for your pets. George and I decided from the conception of this idea that we would offer the kind of service that we would want for our own pets. The schedule we follow is very demanding, but it really works well for your pets. It allows us to provide service above and beyond the normal standards and the results show. Ask your veterinarian about us.

Of course the results work well for us to. We have the opportunity to make the decisions that direct our own lives. We are able to enjoy our family and we love the changes that have unfolded over the years.  Those of you that have been with us for a while know first hand how we have grown to offer your pets more.

 - Thank you for putting up with our construction dust!

How long does my pet get out?
All dogs are offered the opportunity to go outside four times each day. The length of each outing varies according the individual pets’ needs. Morning is generally the shortest, as everyone is anxious to get their turn. The second outing is the longest. Exactly how much time your dog is out is directly related to the needs of your pet. For example; 2 year old “Boone” is high energy and requires much exercise so he will be out longer than 14 year old “Gizmo” who is much more interested in a short walk to take care of business. Outings generally range from 5 to 15 minutes

Why do I pay a daily rate even though I want to pick my pet before noon?
We care for your pets as we do our own. This requires a demanding schedule that stretches far beyond our open hours. We encourage you to compare our rates,
we think you'll find that we provide a significant value considering the amount of exercise and attention that your pet receives.

Group Discounts
We do give a minimal discount when you board multiple pets in the same room. The pets must live in the same household, get along and be able to eat together.

If I order an Amenity Package do I get charged every day for that package?
You will be charged one time for every amenity package that you order. If you order one Spoil Me Rotten package it will be distributed to your pet over a one, two or three day period. If you order one Tuck Me In your pet will be tucked in on the day you specify and you will be charged once. More Info

Do you take credit cards?
NO, we accept Cash and GOOD Checks. Credit cards come with costly fees for a small business and the only way we could consider taking them would be if we passed those costs along. Until we find a fair way to do that we will only accept Cash or Good Checks.
