About Us

To those of you we have yet to meet...."We" are George and Karen Scarince.

We have been in business for five years, and we have resided in this little piece of paradise for the past 20 years or so.

Through those years we've shared our lives with many different animals, including various breeds of dogs. Today our family includes a large pack of Great Pyrenees. (You can see them in the gallery under family.) We are also blessed to spend temporary time with many different species and breeds, with various personalities and antics!  

For many years we talked of building a business here, so we could be here in this beautiful place more often. Thanks to our love of animals and my very intelligent and talented husband we were able to design and build this pet resort.

Nearly everything here is custom designed, right down to the doors that our son welded for us. We wanted to have a bright and pleasant atmosphere for all and I believe we did accomplish that. You will just have to come and see for yourself. We put our heart and soul into this place and intend to continue doing just that. Thanks to those of you that put up with our construction phases and stuck in there through our many changes.

What we really want to accomplish is to keep your pets happy and occupied while you are away. Pets have 2 fenced acres to run and play in, four times a day. We provide lots of attention and special packages, which really make a difference for your pets.

We do have a few new things in mind, such as agility equipment to play and learn on, seminars and summer camp. We also want to modify our cat area to include outside access. These things will take time, so please bear with us. Those of you that have been coming here a while, are familiar with the many changes we have already made.

We have recently been blessed with our first grandchild (Hunter James) and hopefully, if he is so inclined, he will be a part of this someday. His dad (Jim) and mama (Jamie) are currently involved and you will probably meet them too, one day.  They are really good with animals and we are blessed to have them involved.
