Our Philosophy
on Social Responsibility -

A way of life…

-  We believe we are responsible for this land and make an effort to live lightly on it.

-  We do our part in various ways, such as:

•  Cleaning up the local roads. Our pyrs help with their packs sometimes!
Pine Creek Pet Resort is a proud participant in the Adopt a Highway Program.  

•  Recycle paper, plastic, aluminum, tin, glass, etc. to help limit items
we send to the landfill.

•   Appliances that we purchase must have a High-Efficiency Energy Star rating.

•  Use compact fluorescent light bulbs wherever possible, to help conserve energy.

•  Make a conscious effort to purchase items with the least amount of packaging.

•  Supporting our local business economy by purchasing that require the least amount of travel distance,
and are American made, locally.

•  Support local organic efforts.

•  Clean with natural products.

•  Catch water in cisterns for many uses, great in times of drought.

•  Utilize the sun for energy; we use solar panels with copper piping to warm the concrete floors.

•  When building or expanding, Build Green.
